FAQ

1. Where are you based?
Atelier Nyonya is based in the Netherlands; however, our production is in Jakarta and Bekasi. We also source our batik from local artisans in Cirebon, Garut, Pekalongan, and Lasem in West- and Central Java, Indonesia. 

2. Do you have any offline store?
Currently we only have an online store. However, we do participate in Pasar Malams, or Market Makers, monthly in Amsterdam and around the Netherlands. We enjoy the energy of these markets and the opportunity to connect with our audience face-to-face, allowing us to engage directly with our customers.

3. Are you products ready stock?
Yes, they are ready stock, except stated otherwise in the description.
